Implementation Specialist build long lasting partnerships with new customers, helping them onboard and grow with us. You’ll develop roll-out strategies, execute implementations, conduct training, and increase product adoption.  This role is a mix of independent work where you’ll own and develop multiple new onboarding accounts at a time while partnering closely with AEs and CSMs to ensure a successful onboarding.  

What You’ll Do:

  • Transform new customers into RedTeam experts and evangelists by conducting in-person and online training, providing support, roll-out planning, and relationship management
  • Establish a strong working relationship with each client based on clear expectation-setting and mutual trust building
  • Provide the highest level of service and support to RedTeam’s clients through diligent communication
  • Proactively consult clients on best practices and necessary process or workflow changes to achieve implementation milestones and goals
  • Customize the implementation and training plan to best fit the client’s detailed needs and workflows. Identify gaps in client processes and assist with RedTeam solutions for the gaps
  • Manage a full portfolio of clients, ensuring on-time project deliverables.
  • Facilitate check-in calls and virtual meetings during each phase of implementation with the client.
  • Partner with the Configuration Team, to ensure database is set up correctly and efficiently 
  • Evaluate, document, and escalate any client issues or concerns that arise throughout the implementation journey.
  • Collaborate cross departmentally to develop best practices, and connect customers with Customer Success Manager and Marketing to further customer success and RedTeam’s evolution as a market leader
  • Learn RedTeam’s product offerings, business model, services, emerging technologies, and Customer Success best practices
  • Transition clients to ongoing Client Services Support resources upon successful implementation

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in software Implementation, training, support, or service roles preferably at a SaaS company
  • Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking
  • Experience and understanding of the construction industry a strong plus
  • Go above and beyond the call of duty to delight our clients
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Strong verbal, listening, written and interpretive skills
  • Strong computer, technical, and presentation skills
  • Balance advocating for the client and RedTeam long term goals
  • Interpersonal skills able to adapt/respond to different types of characters and attitudes
  • Familiarity with construction terms and practices a plus
  • Project management and training experience preferred
  • Tolerance for stress
  • High standards, strong work ethic

  • Teamwork and cooperation with other departments and managers
