As our Enablement Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in transferring this expertise, ensuring our training resources and internal programs not only reflect our commitment to authenticity but also empower others to master the industry. You'll be at the forefront of helping both our clients and employees leverage our tools to their fullest potential, driving success through practical, real-world solutions.


What you’ll do:

  • Develop, manage, and continuously improve client-facing training resources, including webinars, help center articles, training videos, and best practice guides.
  • Audit existing internal documentation, SOPs, and resources to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and outdated content.
  • Oversee our Skilljar Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring it is effectively utilized to deliver training resources and track learner progress.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of enablement materials, to include new feature updates
  • Design and deliver internal enablement programs, including LMS courses, release readiness trainings, playbooks, and process guides to equip internal teams with the knowledge and skills needed to support our clients
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive process for managing and updating client training resources, ensuring they are current, relevant, and easily accessible.
  • Help the organization master industry knowledge and workflows cross-functionally, enabling teams to better serve clients and contribute to overall business success.
  • Conduct regular audits of training materials and processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Sales teams to align enablement efforts with customer needs and business goals.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of enablement programs, using data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure that enablement resources are integrated with product updates and marketing campaigns.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to ensure RedTeam’s enablement programs remain cutting-edge and effective.

What success looks like:

  • Comprehensive and up-to-date library of both internal and client-facing training resources, with a clear process for regular updates.
  • High satisfaction rates among clients and internal teams regarding the quality and accessibility of training resources.
  • Effective management of the LMS, ensuring it is a central hub for all training and development activities.
  • Increased product adoption and user engagement driven by effective enablement programs.
  • Consistent feedback loop between Enablement, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure continuous alignment and improvement.
  • Internal teams are well-equipped to support clients, with high engagement in "train-the-trainer" programs and a deep understanding of industry knowledge and workflows.
  • Regular and insightful reporting on enablement effectiveness, leading to data-driven improvements.

Qualifications and skills:

  • 7+ years of experience in a SaaS environment, with a focus on enablement, training, or product education.
  • Experience with learning and development, adult learning strategy, or instructional design
  • Deep knowledge of SaaS products, preferably in the construction technology industry.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience delivering training to diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally, collaborating with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  • Ability to adapt to a constantly evolving environment, re-prioritizing work as situations change and needs arise
  • Experience developing and maintaining training materials, including written content, video, and live training sessions.
  • Experience managing a Learning Management System (LMS) and leveraging it to deliver and track training. (Skilljar certification preferred)
  • Experience managing a help center library and keeping help center content up to date (Intercom experience preferred)
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and report on program effectiveness.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
