The Opportunity 

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be on the front lines of our growth engine. You’ll engage with inbound leads, proactively identify new opportunities through outbound prospecting, and play a critical role in building pipeline for our sales team. 

This is a high-impact role with clear career progression into Account Executive or other revenue leadership paths. 

What You’ll Do 

Inbound Lead Management 

  • Respond quickly to inbound leads (demo requests, content downloads, referrals)  
  • Qualify prospects based on fit, need, and timing  
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand business challenges  
  • Schedule high-quality meetings for Account Executives  
Outbound Prospecting 

  • Build and execute outbound campaigns (calls, emails, LinkedIn)  
  • Target general contractors and construction firms that fit our ICP  
  • Personalize outreach using industry insights and relevant messaging  
  • Generate new pipeline opportunities through consistent prospecting activity  
Pipeline & Process 

  • Maintain accurate activity and lead status in CRM (HubSpot)  
  • Follow structured cadences and continuously test/improve messaging  
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaign feedback and lead quality  
  • Partner with AEs to ensure smooth handoff and strong conversion rates  
What Success Looks Like 

  • Consistently meets or exceeds meeting and pipeline generation targets  
  • High conversion rates from lead → qualified opportunity  
  • Strong activity levels across calls, emails, and social outreach  
  • Positive feedback from AEs on meeting quality  
  • Continuous improvement in messaging and approach

Experience 

  • 0–2+ years in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles preferred  
  • Experience with outbound prospecting is a plus  
  • Familiarity with SaaS or construction industry is a bonus, not required
