Role Overview

We're looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to own the systems, processes, and data behind RedTeam's go-to-market team. You'll run HubSpot and Gainsight, but the job is bigger than the tools. You'll find where our revenue processes break down, recommend fixes, and see them through with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

This is not a ticket-taking role. You'll set the RevOps priorities with leadership, keep teams on the processes we agree to, and make sure the numbers we report are numbers we trust. This role reports to the Chief Revenue Officer.

Key Responsibilities

Process Ownership and Improvement
  • Own the end-to-end revenue process: lead routing, Marketing-to-Sales and Sales-to-CS handoffs, deal stages, onboarding, and renewals
  • Spot friction and gaps before they become problems, and bring recommendations to leadership backed by data
  • Define and document process standards (stage definitions, required fields, handoff criteria) and drive adoption across teams
  • Build and maintain a prioritized RevOps roadmap, and manage incoming requests against it
  • Lead the rollout of new processes and tools, including training, documentation, and follow-up to make sure changes stick
Reporting and Insights
  • Own the accuracy of core revenue metrics: pipeline, conversion rates, bookings, churn, GRR, and NRR
  • Build and maintain dashboards for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and the leadership team
  • Support forecasting and prepare data for leadership and board reporting
  • Flag trends and risks early instead of waiting to be asked
Systems Administration (HubSpot and Gainsight)
  • Own HubSpot configuration across Sales, Marketing, Service, and Operations Hub: users, permissions, pipelines, lifecycle stages, workflows, and automation
  • Administer Gainsight: customer health scoring, lifecycle stages, playbooks, Success Plans, and CTAs
  • Keep data in sync between HubSpot, Gainsight, and the rest of the GTM stack (including PandaDoc)
  • Set and enforce data hygiene standards: deduplication, field standardization, and validation
  • Evaluate GTM tools and integrations, and recommend what to add, change, or retire
Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Act as the operating partner to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders
  • Serve as the go-to resource for system questions, troubleshooting, and user training
  • Work with Finance to keep bookings, renewal, and revenue data consistent across systems
Qualifications

Required
  • 2+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or CRM administration at a B2B SaaS company
  • Deep hands-on HubSpot admin experience, including workflows and Operations Hub
  • Experience with Gainsight or a similar CS platform (Totango, ChurnZero)
  • A track record of designing and rolling out process changes across multiple teams, not just configuring them
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics: pipeline, conversion rates, churn, GRR, and NRR
  • Comfortable working independently, setting priorities, and pushing back when something won’t work
  • Clear communicator who can explain data and process to both frontline reps and executives
Preferred
  • HubSpot certifications (Admin, Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Operations Hub)
  • Experience supporting both Sales and Customer Success in a subscription business with renewals
  • Working knowledge of integrations (APIs, Zapier, native connectors)
  • Experience in vertical SaaS or construction technology
What Success Looks Like

First 30 Days
  • Complete an audit of our HubSpot and Gainsight setup, core processes, and reporting
  • Document known issues and build working relationships with Sales, Marketing, and CS leaders
First 60 Days
  • Agree on a RevOps roadmap with leadership
  • Standardize stage definitions and handoff criteria across teams
  • Have fixes for the highest-impact gaps underway
First 90 Days
  • Trusted dashboards for pipeline, onboarding, renewals, and GRR that leadership uses without asking for manual pulls
  • Data standards in place and enforced across HubSpot and Gainsight
  • At least one cross-functional process improvement shipped and adopted
